CHESS PARKING SYSTEM

This system is called as Multi Level Cart Type Parking System will be installed above ground. This system will be used for approx. 225 nos. of cars. Utilization of lengthwise area for car parking system placement. The system will be built in RCC frame work. The lifting and transfer mechanism will be of wire rope type and motorized respectively. 2 Entry modules are used for ENTRY and EXIT on the ground floor of the parking system. Modules are treated as common entry and exit point. Total 9 floors of car are accommodated within the height of 30 mtrs. Including the roof top extension of the lift machine room. This system consist of the roller beds on which actually the pallet moves. The pallets can be moved in both the directions.

The in-out time for large parking systems is significantly reduced. This system is suitable for SEDAN and SUV cars which are presently available in the market.

Safety Features

Safety is an integral part of our design. We have the following Safety features in our system:

Pallet Overriding Sensor: Pallet moving vertically and horizontally is stopped at the right position with help of limit switch. In other words it acts as a pallet overriding sensor.

Area Sensor Protection: Area sensors have been strategically installed at the entrance of the system. It brings system to an immediate halt if anyone tries to enter the system during operation.

Emergency Stop/ Reset: System can be stopped anytime during the operation in emergency situations.

Car Present Sensor: Car present sensor give us the indication on the panel if the bay is empty or occupied, this makes sure that the operator does not select the wrong pallet for parking the car.

Guiding Sensor: Detects front and rear bumpers of the car and transmits the signal to the guide lamp.

Car Height Sensor (Optional): Detects highest end of the car to determine storage availability. This sensor is also very useful in systems where we have car bays dedicated for SUV parking.
